"i visited Athens". does this mean that I visited the Acropolis, shopped at Monastiraki and wandered about in the streets of Plaka? couldn't it possibly mean that I felt the atmosphere of the city?
after we visit a certain city, does it remain familiar to us because of its sights, or because of its ''individuality'' and atmosphere?
is a city guide (the way we know it) enough to describe the feeling of being in a specific city?
can everything in the city surrounding us be put in a list of a book?
and most important, is there a way of actually describing how a city or simply a street, feels like?
